  • “The pictures don’t do the property justice. Such a lovely, clean, private, upscale, modern facilities. The top deck pool area was amazing. Much better than some Hotels that I stayed at in the past, in the area. Jimmie, the on site point person was the best he gets 10 stars on his own. Any request that I had was replied with “yes of course, whatever you want”. My visit was perfect.”

The perfect location for all ASU campus access and activities, but in a quiet and secluded area at the same time. And our hosts were amazing! The hospitality was thoughtful and much appreciated. Great communication, check-in/check-out was easy and oh yea… there was easy access parking included! This is one to return to again and again! Thank you!"

  • “I stayed at this apartment with a co-worker for a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center. The apartment is very clean, decorated simply and beautifully, and provides everything you need for cooking. Beautiful view north from the apartment. Great location - walking distance to heart of downtown and also north to Roosevelt Row. Light-rail near by. There are a few bars and nightclubs close by (worth visiting) that I could hear noise from master bedroom into the wee hours but I just turned on my white-noise app. The roof-top pool and spa are very nice give you a great view south. This apartment was a great value - I would stay here again for personal or business!”
