Newly renovated, this clean home is perfect for anyone coming to Yuma, whether for business or for pleasure. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near downtown Yuma.

Welcome to our home! You will love the spacious living/dining room area which comes fully furnished with brand new furniture, including a sleep sofa, dinning room table with chairs, a 55" flat screen T.V. (with Netflix),

To meet all your cooking needs, our kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances including a full-size refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a tea kettle. It is fully furnished with pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, dinnerware, along with eating utensils.

A French press is available for all those coffee lovers (coffee will be provided as well).

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, queen-size bed. We provide clean sheets, towels, washcloths, and basic shower toiletries.

Our full size bathroom has a bathtub along with a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can with trash bags, bath mats, hair dryer, and a first aid kit will be provided.

Safety is important to us. Therefore, we provide outlet covers for all of our outlets.

For business travelers, we provide fast and reliable wi-fi connection, along with a quiet neighborhood for productive work sessions.

For families, our spacious living area allows for family bond time. We also provide board games for families to enjoy.
